By entering the Finisterre website you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use. A placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given.

The contract between us (Finisterre) and you (the customer) becomes binding when we send you an invoice (with your goods). You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems.

Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased we will let you know by e-mail and inform you prior to processing your order. We will accept your order when we send you an invoice with your goods.

We do try to ensure the pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.

Our electronic gift vouchers and physical gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase. Our electronic gift vouchers can be purchased online at Finisterre.com. Our physical gift cards can be purchased from any one of our stores. Each voucher has a unique code and can be redeemed against purchases online at Finisterre.com or in any one of our stores.

If the value of your gift voucher is less that the amount of your total purchase, the difference must be paid by an additional payment method. If the value of your gift voucher is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining gift voucher balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.

The balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional Finisterre gift vouchers. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Please find the terms and conditions of our current promotions below. All of our promotion are valid in store and online unless otherwise stated.

Credit is issued on valid, traded in, Finisterre clothing. Genuine Finisterre clothing can be returned, up to a maximum value of £55 per trade-in. A list of Finisterre clothing items eligible for trade-in is provided as part of the Trade-in process. Credit is issued via a single use code. Credit can only be redeemed against a minimum spend of £75 on Finisterre.com. Code can only be redeemed online, not in-store. Code is valid for 12 months from date of issue. You must enter your discount code at the checkout to redeem. We cannot honour the discount retrospectively if the code is not entered at time of purchase. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer code. Offer only available to UK customers.

During a sale period no other offers or promotion codes may be used. Sale may exclude swimwear, collaborations and non-Finisterre branded products. Pricing cannot be retrospectively honoured on past orders. Applicable on items purchased within sale period.

Next day shipping services are unavailable during our sale periods due to the high volume of orders being processed. You may experience slight delays in shipping times for online orders.

The welcome offer is for customers who newly sign up to receive our newsletter and excludes customers who are already opted in to receiving emails from Finisterre

The Offer is not transferable, there is no cash alternative and is valid for one transaction only.

The Offer cannot be used on any sale or reduced items, or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and is not valid for gift card purchases.

Offer applicable on offers marked with the Buy X, get Y off banner. Simply put the correct number of items into your basket and the cheapest item will be have the discount removed. Applies to full priced product only and not applicable with any other offer. May affect other discounts if included.

Returns of goods in the bundle will affect your refund amount. For example, if you return one of your bundle items you will be refunded the amount for that product, minus the value of the free product at the time you purchased it.

You must be 18 from the day you register for the swim to take part in the event. Tickets are for the 2022 events only. Tickets can only be redeemed by you and your friend and cannot be sold on. Tickets must be redeemed by 31 March 2022 and cannot be exchanged by anything of monetary value. Please only enter if you are capable of swimming 10km by September 2022.

Enter your discount code at the checkout or present in store to claim 20% off. We cannot honour discounts retrospectively if the code is not entered at time of purchase. Finisterre may close the collection early if recycling target is reached before the end of June 2022.

1.2. By entering this prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.      Who can enter

2.1. To be eligible for this promotion, you acknowledge that:

2.1.1. you must be at least 18 years of age;

2.1.2. only residents of the UK are eligible for the Prize;

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, third parties and anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw, and their close family members, are not eligible to enter this promotion.

2.3. Automated, bulk or third-party entries are prohibited.

2.4. It is free to enter this prize draw and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.

3.      The prize

3.1. Prize description:

3.2. No cash alternative to the prizes will be provided. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.

3.3. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

3.4. Third party suppliers of prizes may stipulate additional terms or restrictions and all winners agree to be bound by these.

4.      How to enter

4.1. The DAME + Millican + Ocean Bottle + Finisterre prize draw starts on Friday 15th July 2022 and ends at 12 noon BST on Friday 22nd July 2022. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted by the Promoters.

4.2. To enter the prize draw you must:

4.3. Any entry not in accordance with these terms and any entry containing false, misleading or incomplete information may be excluded from the prize draw.

5.      Winner selection and prize redemptions

5.1. The winners of the DAME + Millican + Ocean Bottle + Finisterre prize will be drawn at random by a computer from all valid entries received by the end date as specified above.

5.2. Winners will be announced by Finisterre Instagram’s account. Winners will be contacted on Instagram via direct message (DM) by Finisterre’s Instagram account.

5.3. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, but if the Promoters are unable to contact any winner (and/or the winner does not claim their prize) within 14 days of the prize draw end date, the Promoter may at its discretion disqualify that winner and choose an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries subject to the same terms and conditions.

5.4. Subject to clauses 5.2 and 5.3, to claim the DAME + Millican + Ocean Bottle + Finisterre, the winners must respond to the message from the Promoter.

5.5. Subject to clauses 5.3 and 5.4, once the Promoter has received the winner’s response and confirmed the delivery address, the DAME + Millican + Ocean Bottle + Finisterre will be dispatched within 7 days to the winner.

6.      General

6.1. If events beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control make this promotion or the awarding of any of the prizes impossible, the Promoters may in its discretion vary or amend the promotion accordingly including (but not limited to) substituting an alternative prize of equal or greater value and/or changing the end date. If this does happen, the Promoters will ensure that existing entrants are not adversely affected.

6.2. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this prize draw for reasons outside its reasonable control or any technical or other difficulties which might compromise its integrity, with no liability to any entrants.

6.3. The Promoters’ decision on any aspect of this prize draw is final and binding, and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into.

6.4. When the Promoters promotes this prize draw via the Promoters’ third-party social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), you acknowledge that:

6.4.1. such third-party social media platform(s) do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or have any association with this prize draw. You acknowledge that by entering the prize draw you are providing information to the Promoters and not the third-party social media platform(s);

6.4.2. you must comply with all terms regarding the use of the applicable social media platform(s) including but not limited to any rules relating to the entry of prize draws, promotions or competitions (either directly through the platform or otherwise); and

6.4.3. by entering this prize draw, you release the relevant social media platforms from any action or claim arising out of this promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to the Promoters and not to the social media platform(s).

6.5.This prize draw and its terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
